All aspects of this interior were manufactured by Lucas Bass, with the obvious exception of the tables and chairs, glass display case, refrigerator and items for sale. The hood cover is structolite and plaster over sheet metal and aluminum frame studs. The walk-in has a real wood veneer. The walls and columns are tinted lime plaster (not joint compound, and not the stuff that comes in a can). The lights are inverted seives. The chalkboard handmade, the sign (which originally said 'Trillium' and now says 'Panizza') is hand carved and gessoed. The line as well as the shelves were adapted from found objects and modified furniture, plus custom carpentry. The mural was painted by Lucas as well, but in the transition from Trillium to Panizza was unfortunately eradicated. The swinging stained-glass doors were stolen.
